About the Company

Axis Roofing is expanding fast across Colorado, Texas, and Florida. We're building a high-performance sales organization with leadership tracks, real training, and a culture that rewards producers.

The goal: scale to a 9-figure company and a 9-figure exit in 36 months.

Your Day As A Sales Rep

You're in the field. You're meeting homeowners. You're creating pipeline.

You'll generate business through:

  • Door-to-door prospecting
  • Company-provided leads

You'll:

  • Inspect roofs and identify restoration opportunities (roofing + water damage, etc.)
  • Present solutions clearly and confidently
  • Close deals and keep momentum moving
  • Track your pipeline, activity, and results
  • Show up for training and team meetings
  • Compete on leaderboards and hit targets

What You'll Earn

~8% of gross profit

Requirements

  • Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience
  • Reliable vehicle (able to carry a ladder)
