This Phase 1 notice explains the website data collected for residential and commercial inquiries.

Information submitted
The website collects information you choose to provide, including name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, contact preference, and commercial property details. It also preserves source information such as campaign parameters, click identifiers, landing page, and referrer.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to the request, coordinate potential roofing services, understand marketing source performance, and maintain a business record of the inquiry. Phase 1 does not sell information or enable public claim-document uploads.
Text and phone consent
When you submit a form, you authorize Axis Roofing to contact you about the request by the methods you selected, including calls or texts where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may request that messages stop.
Storage and access
Lead records are stored in the project's private database. Production access rules, retention periods, deletion procedures, vendors, and secure backup controls require owner approval before launch.
